1) Maximum of three Land legs are permitted on the vacation i.e. Orlando + Daytona Beach for a longer Florida Vacation + you can add an Optional Caribbean Cruise
2) If Orlando is included, Orlando MUST be visited FIRST during that combined location vacation. 
3) Ft Lauderdale, if visited, always requires a resort tour and must be visited last.
4) A Cruise may be added after any of the land location/legs (but the days in any location may not be split by adding a cruise in the middle.)

Your reservations will NOT be processed until a fully completed and SIGNED copy of that form is faxed to us.  This is because we are required to have your signed permission to process your reservations, guarantee your hotel arrival and to show your agreement with the Terms and Conditions of the Reservation Request.
