NOTES:

• Married and cohabitating couples, one must be between the ages shown and the income is the annual household income. 

• Cohabitating Couples must be in a committed relationship, unrelated, and possess Govt. issued ID's (i.e. drivers licenses) showing the same address.

• They must be gainfully employed or retired with outside income. 

• A Resort Tour/Presentation is required at every location.

• Married/cohabitating couples must travel together and both must attend the presentation. 

• For identification purposes, each Qualified Tour must possess, and present at the Presentation, a valid driver’s license or passport and a major credit card. 

• Married/Cohab couples must show matching address on Government issued picture IDs.

• Must have a valid Credit Card (NO prepaid or debit cards)

• The Vacationers may not have attended a Presentation for a similar product or service within the prior 12-month period.

• The Vacationers may not be current owners of any Vacation Ownership product including vacation membership programs.

• This is a timeshare/ Vacation Ownership presentation. Presentation time is approximately 90-120 minutes.

• All parties must be legal residents of the nationality indicated

• All tour attendees must understand and speak English fluently.

• Quinnellas / Group Tours / Multiple Families will not be accepted. (A group is considered two (2) or more parties traveling together, or meeting at the same hotel/resort with the same or close arrival date or using any other Certificate, Coupon or Voucher. )

• Utilization of only 1 coupon/voucher per family per 2 years is permitted. 

• Maximum occupancy in any room is 2 adults and 2 children.

• Package is valid for a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children (10 or younger) 

• Taxes and transportation are NOT included.

• Cancels/reschedules must be made at least 14 days in advance or a 1 Night No-Show Charge WILL be charged.

• Reservations should be made at least 30 days in advance and no more then 6 months away from arrival date.

• Guest will pay for all incidentals over the basic room cost such as, but not limited to, room tax, phone calls, meals, key deposit, roll-a-way beds and transportation. 

• Other site specific restrictions apply.  Reservations will advise.

• These coupons provide, upon the successful completion of your Required resort sponsored courteous sales presentation and tour, (*Tour must be attended, normally, the morning after your arrival in the location selected and is approx 2 hrs. long and both spouses or cohabits must attend together) to the benefit shown.

• This offer is valid for a family as indicated above.  Age requirement is normally the age of the husband.) 

• Both spouses or cohabits must attend the presentation together. Both attendees must have Government. issued picture id showing same address (UK/ Western European require passport).

• The income required is the combined annual family income.

• Parties must be full time employed or retired with separate income (no students) and creditworthy. 

• Must have a major credit card (MasterCard, VISA, American Express, Diners Card, or Discover - No Prepaid or Debit Cards). 

• Note: Resort may pull credit report to determine if you qualify for tour so do not misrepresent your qualifications. 

• Must speak fluent English. 

• Couples under or over the required age or single men regardless of age, are not eligible for use of these coupons.

• To activate these reservation request forms, Fill in the required information completely, complete the demographics, execute charging authorization and FAX it to us. 

• Select a reservation date up to 6 months from your purchase date. 

• Avoid travel w/in 7 days before or after a Holiday (including local holidays) to avoid a $50 and up /Room/Night Holiday Surcharge . 

• Short notice requests may be accepted but will be surcharged. 

• There is a $25 pp surcharge for any change once confirmed. 

• Also, once confirmed reservations are non-cancelable but may be transferable to another qualified party for a $25 pp transfer fee. 

• Because of special handling required, surcharges are increased for multiple changes and/or changes with less than 30 days advance notice. 

• Your assigned Fulfillment Agency will contact you directly and provide you with written confirmation of your approved dates and full details of your assigned check in date and location. Initial check-in at an area welcome center may be required. 

• Sorry, NO pets are allowed. 

• No credit will be given for unused days and unused days may not be transferred to other locations.

• Do not make travel arrangements until you have WRITTEN Confirmation from your assigned Travel Agency (ies) coordinating your entire trip.

• Once a confirmation has been issued there are NO REFUNDS.

• All transportation, food, Resort & Hotel taxes, reservations, processing and handling fees of ~ $15/hotel room/night and ~ $20/condo/night (this is in addition to any upgrade charges), transfers, telephone calls, roll-away beds, alcoholic beverages and gratuities are the responsibility of the user. 

• Accommodations are subject to availability and our and our fulfillers allocations and cannot be guaranteed. 

• Two forms of ID are required: a valid drivers license and a major credit card ( No Prepaid or Debit Cards). 

• These coupons are void as to Florida Residents of Orange, Osceola, Lake, Brevard, Polk, Seminole, Volusia, Broward or Miami-Dade Counties or living within 100 miles of any city being visited or non-US/UK/Canadian/Western European residents, as indicated above, and/or where prohibited or not in compliance with all laws and regulations. 

• Also, this offer is not valid for group travel nor use with any other certificate, coupon, voucher or discount and may be withdrawn at any time. A group is considered two (2) or more parties traveling together, or meeting at the same hotel/resort with the same or close arrival date or using any other Certificate, Coupon or Voucher. Utilization of only 1 coupon/voucher per family per 2 years is permitted. 

• No credit will be given for any unused portion of these coupons. 

• All coupons are null and void one year after receipt or if resold.

• NEITHER WE NOR OUR AGENTS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR DELAY OR CANCELLATION DUE TO STRIKES, ACTS OF GOD OR ANYTHING BEYOND OUR CONTROL. IN NO EVENT ARE WE OR OUR AGENTS LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. THERE IS NO WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. THIS VOUCHER IS FOR THE PURPOSE OF SOLICITING THE SALE OF VACATION OWNERSHIP PERIODS.

• NEITHER WE NOR OUR FULFILLMENT AGENTS ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY DAMAGES, EXPENSES OR INCONVENIENCE DUE TO LOSS, INJURY AND/OR ANY DAMAGE TO ANY PERSON OR PROPERTY FOR ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER AS A RESULT OF ACCEPTANCE OR USE OF THE VACATION OFFER NOR FOR ANY DISTRIBUTOR VERBAL OR WRITTEN OR OTHER REPRESENTATIONS OTHER THAN THOSE SPECIFICALLY CONTAINED WITHIN THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS VOUCHER. • Locations CANNOT be combined.  Each MUST be used as a stand alone vacation.  

• Most locations prohibit use if a similar presentation was attended within the last 6 months.  NOTE: If you are disqualified by the resort for being in violation of this requirement you WILL be back charged for your accommodations & gifts in accordance with the below paragraph.
  

• If you do not meet ALL the above requirements, misrepresent your demographics, fail to arrive on your confirmed dates, fail to complete your required resort tour, fail to be accompanied by your Spouse/Co-Habit, refuse credit reporting, or are found by the resort not to meet any of the above requirements, you forfeit any Reservation Deposit and your faxed signature on the Reservation Request Form is your concurrence to be additionally charged for your accommodations at the regular hotel rate of $189 plus Taxes & Fees Per Room Per Night, 1Br Condo at $209/nt, 2Br Condo at $249/nt, plus any no-tour fee imposed by the resort and for any tickets or other benefits received, all collectively as partial liquidated damages.
